Questions we get most
Still stuck? WhatsApp us and a person — not a bot — will answer.
Measure a ring you already wear across the inside, edge to edge, and send us the millimetres on WhatsApp — we will tell you your size. If you are buying as a gift, we include a free resize within 30 days.
Keep each piece in its own pouch so nothing scratches, put jewelry on last after perfume and lotion, and wipe with the soft cloth in your box after wearing. Gold plate lasts far longer this way.
Most bands and pendants can be engraved up to 50 characters. Engraved pieces add two to three working days and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Message us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a return, exchange or repair. Pieces must come back unworn and in their box. Engraved and personalised items are final sale.
Uyo and the rest of Akwa Ibom usually arrive next day. Elsewhere in Nigeria, 3 to 7 working days. You get a tracking note the moment your parcel leaves us.
